Why is my baby so low?

I'm really worried. This is my 3rd pregnancy and both before were fine no complications at all. This pregnancy feels different and the baby feels so low down in my pelvis I can feel the lump of the baby but it's so low it feels really tender and hurts to touch, it feels like the baby's so low it could fall out 😂 sorry for that description. I'm 15weeks 2 days - does anyone else feel like this? Is it normal? Thank you 😊x
