Help?

I came off the pill around the start of april. My last period i had was the end of march.

Ive only just started to get weird cramps. They feel like im about to come on, but theres no blood. Ive had these cramps for about week now. Im yet to have a period but i know it can possibly take a while after coming off the pill.

Im crampy, sicky and tired. Im not pregnant either.

Is this normal after coming off bc?

I never had anything like this since i stopped in april. Its only just started a week ago.
