Cycle buddies after a missed miscarriage?

Hi! My name is Nicole and I'm TTC my rainbow baby (baby #1 for me) after a missed miscarriage on 4/5/16 and D&C. AF just arrived today and this is officially the last cycle I was told to wait before trying again. Hoping to conceive my rainbow baby this month, but incredibly nervous and scared to try again as I'm terrified of having another miscarriage.
