My nipples!!

My left nipple have been dry & cracked for over a year and slightly enlarged. Now that I'm 25 weeks pregnant, it's worse. Nothing, no medicated cream, oil, lotion, exfoliant, etc.... Has worked! I'm in desperate need to realize the dryness, the itchiness and the scaly skin on my nipple and areola 😩. Anyone else have this issue? I can't stop itching it some nights and other nights it's not noticeable until I look at it
