Polyp Removal

Me and my husband are TTC for 15 months now. I was on Metformin for a couple weeks, it was the worst thing ever. I had naseau and was so dizzy all time. We got hubby sperm tested couple time, first time came out low sperm count- took some vitamins for about three months. Second the count was good but low motility, now he is on vitamins for 1 month and will tested again at the end of the month. While he is taking his vitamins, i of course took so many vitamins, herbs, teas.... etc.  I had ultrasound with some liquid to see if i have polyps(not HSG) it came out there was something but not polyp.
