Tampons 😷

I wore a tampon yesterday for maybe the 3rd time in my life and it didn't hurt or leak (thank god) but it felt SO WEIRD. I literally hated the feeling of knowing that something is literally sitting inside of me. And pulling it out 😩😷😷😷 I almost died. It literally felt gross. I know this probably sounds really childish but I just didn't know that this is what it's like. I was a little worried though because after I took it out my bleeding seemed to die down. Like it was no longer heavy, and it even stopped for like 5 hours. Does anyone else have this? I don't know if I should be worried or not ...
