Money problems😞

Is anyone that's due in October having a hard time getting the stuff they need for their baby me and my husband don't have alot of money right not with only on income we have one drawer up close a bag of blankets and a drawerful blankets a bathtub and a carseat but that's all we have we don't know what we should do yet I'm upset that I did not get a refund from my taxes like I was supposed to it was going to and I was going to buy almost every we need with that but now I can't I'm so upset I just want to give up and ask for help but he wants us to do it
