3D ? ? ?

Have any of you ladies paid for a 3D ultrasound or are you waiting for a better time? Im currently 22+3, should wait a litte longer? Or book an appointment ASAP?

I didn't pa before it though my doctors office just does them when I get a 2D one

I got an elective scan to get the gender early and they said 29 weeks would be the best time to come if I wanted the 3d4d scan cuz baby will be big but not too squished. I think I'm going to get maternity pics instead because the doc usually does 3D quick peak  and I have to go back at 32 weeks to check on my low lying placenta

My doctor said to wait till after 28 weeks to do it

I'm not doing just because there's reports (unconfirmed) about it possibly causing issues to the baby due to the technology used. It's not proven but not worth the risk to me. However it is recommended if you do it to wait until after 26 weeks due to how your baby looks at that stage.

Where I'm going says to wait til your 27-32 weeks that's when you'll get the best pictures.
