Haha. Yea, First of all.. Those ARE gross,  & that's coming from a low carb eater... Lol

For future reference, "beef albumin" is just the technical way of saying beef protein.  It should be fine as long as it is within sell-by date range, etc.  Basically, you have some fancy, preservative free, ingredient-added beef jerky 😀... Which is gross. Lol
