Ivf day 6 stimulation ultrasound

I am very upset that today's Ultrasound shows that I only have 3 follicles. Measuring 19, 15, and 11. I had to take a centrotide today so I wouldn't ovulate too soon. But with these ivf meds of follistim and menopur. I only have 3 measurable. I got so upset, I started to cry in the office. The dr said this is below normal and I won't have any to freeze. The nurse said that in a few more days more could form. But what are the chances. I feel like this is not enough follicles. This will be our only chance. I feel like cancelling this cycle and starting again. Dr said I didn't respond well to the meds. And with only 3 follicles, how many will fertilize and make it to day 3-5. I just don't know what I'm going to do.
