Should I go to the hospital?

I'm having super sharp pains in my belly. Tomorrow i will be 8 weeks pregnant and I  have tried throwing up. Couldn't poop but did this am so i know im not constipated and took a bath and nothing helped. Idk what to do i want the pain to go away
