Can someone tell me if I need to go to the hospital

I'm having a miscarriage and the bleeding hasn't gone down at all for 48 hours. My cramps are in bearable and I may have a fever. I feel dizzy and nauseous. The nurse I called was very rude and said if I feel like I'm having an emergency to go in. She also told me there wasn't going to be a different diagnosis which I know isn't going to change. Everyone is being so rude and I just want to know if I have a god damn infection so now I have to turn to a bunch of women who aren't doctors to tell me if I should be seen.
