Stool softener and tylenol???

When I went to my Dr Appt on Monday, nurse told me i could take stool softener due to being constipated. Well I took one today cause stomach was really hurting and needing to go along with a very bad headache. After taking stool softener, I took two Tylenol maybe 30 minutes later. Ended up vommitting about 20 minutes after that..now I wondering did I do something wrong. I'm 7 weeks pregnant today and now I'm going crazy... can anyone help? Was it ok or maybe did I do down damage?

My stomach was hurting and feeling nausea as well...after that my stomach not hurting no more either.
