I am having braxton hicks contractions that are 6 mins apart at 19 weeks im very worried im trying to drink water but it doesnt seem to help how long should i wait to go get checked?

I have Braxton hicks all the time they can be back to back for hours but they always calm down. I've gone in and been checked multiple times but they always say she's healthy and my body is just getting ready. You can call your OB but they will say drink lots of water and maybe take a warm bath to calm your muscles.
