I have no symptoms?!

Question

I'm 5 weeks 3 days according to the app, had positive tests and been to GP who said a positive home test and no period was all the confirmation she needs so she didn't perform any other tests.

I really have no symptoms though. I am not tired at all, no sickness, my boobs are the same as they always are. I'm a bit worried nothing is developing. I would have thought as the days went by things would start to happen.

Does anyone else have this?

I'm 5 weeks and haven't noticed any symptoms yet either. Just going to consider myself lucky for now...I'm sure they'll start soon!

I am 6 weeks and also don't have any symptoms. Many women don't have any symptoms throughout their pregnancy. Don't stress about it :)

Consider yourself lucky...my symptoms kicked in at 5+2 and I've hated life ever since. The constant nausea freaking sucks

The only sign I had was sore boobs, then at bang on 6 weeks I've had really bad morning sickness.
