I know there are many ladies who have been trying for a long time. I think you should go talk to an OBGYN about tips how to help you. Also something mine told me it's.. if you learned your cycle and know when you'll ovulate wait about two days before your positive ovulation test. Then once you get it don't test again it's useless. Wait 24 hours after that first positive and then have lots of sex. If you build your man's sperm up for 1-3 days it helps alot. At least it did for me. We also added an aid called "Fertile aid for men"
