34 and breech

Went to my first ultrasound yesterday  since 19.4 weeks for the anatomy scan. Today I'm 34 weeks and baby girl is breech! This is my third and I've never had this problem. I'm scared. I'm doing the cat/cow positions to flip her on her own but she is so crammed in there, I'm afraid they will have to do it for me and that scares the crap out of me. Anyone else have this problem and baby flip by themselves?
