Killer headaches

I'm 9 weeks and have been having killer headaches lately that sometimes turn into a migraine. My next doctor appointment isn't for another 4 weeks or so. The only safe medicine on the list of what my doctor gave me is Tylenol. I was wondering if there's any other, more natural, way to get rid of them. I don't want to have to take medicine everyday if I don't have to.
