Helpp discharge

When I go to the bathroom sometimes I look in the toilet and see little white chunks I don't know which Hole they come out of, (not my butt) does anyone know what it could be? I had chlamydia when they first checked me on my first appointment but at my last one went over recent result and I was clear no std has anyone else had this ? Currently 32 weeks
