First pregnancy!

Hello everyone, I am only 9 weeks pregnant and this is my first pregnancy. I have been very sad since I found out, really sensitive about everything. Especially with my fiancé. Is this normal? I haven't told my family or his yet, we are waiting until Sunday, Father's Day. I have read that this is normal. But I am scared that it may not disappear. Also, I am still looking for a dr we both love.
