Need some advice please!!!!

Is a 11 mm follicle a good size for CD 13? It seems a little small compared to others. Not sure if I ovulated this cycle. I had a positive opk on CD 17 at 12: 34 pm but don't know if it was a false positive cause I had negatives then positives for 3 days after that. I'm not sure how long me cycles are. I have to take provera to induce period. I have done 6 rounds of clomid and never ovulated or had follicles on CD 13 scan. So not real sure if its a good size or not.
