A that a second line?

I always think I'm psyching myself out with these things. I think I see a second line, and my mom who is blinder than a bat could see it too, but I hate to get my hopes up. Looking for opinions. My period is only two days late, but I'm not known for having regular periods. I had slight cramps a couple of days ago, but only for a day and I have had no bleeding at all. What do you ladies think??
