Should I be concerned!?

I've been sexually active for about 3 months now and I don't always use condoms but for the past week I've been peeing a lot more then usual and no matter how well I wash down there I can't seem to get this funky smell to go away. It's really embarrassing and gross and I don't know what to do my boyfriend is a clean freak especially when it comes to hygen so I know it's not him I also shower every morning and I clean it well I'm honestly freaked out and I don't know what to do I'm 18 btw
