L&d sent home?

Has anyone been sent home from l&d and the contractions got worse and went back.. I'm crying they hurt so bad but I don't want to go just to get sent home again..

Try and relax....take a bath, listen to some calming music. See if that helps...if they stay persistent, then you're going to have to go back in. Good luck.

I think it depends why did they send you home? But if you feel the need to go back then go. Thats what they are there for. Good luck!

With my first they kept sending me home because they were really busy and even when I hit 4cm they still didn't have room for me and I labored in the waiting room with them occasionally checking blood pressure, fetal heart rate, and taking me into a private room to check dilation. It was completely ridiculous.

I ended up stalling at 4cm and needed pitocin so they finally got me into a bed with drip.

If your not 3-4 cm then they will always send you home
