When should I test? Can exercise prevent implantation?
I am expecting my periods on Wednesday, June 22. This is our first month ttc. I am achey and have some cramps. I thought maybe I might be pregnant but the tests showed negative. Any thoughts? Also, I exercise every day - either 40 mins strength training or 4 miles run. Now I am afraid that my exercise routine is messing with then implantation.
