Anyone else dealing with this? At night, I wake up from the pain and discomfort of having a numb and tingling arm, alternating between arms, depending on which side I'm lying on. I'm 18 weeks pregnant now. Is this normal? According to my OB's nurse, it's carpal tunnel but it's my entire arm, not just my wrist. I purchased a pregnancy body pillow to see if it would help and so far not much improvement. Any advice or recommendations are much appreciated!!
