Prayers needed!

I go see an endocrinologist this wednesday. My primary care doctor is hoping the endo has answers on why I havent had my period since January 20th. Had $5000 worth of testing done and everything except my T4 Thyroid hormone came back normal. Thyroid ultrasound showed an enlarged thyroid. Pelvic ultrasound was 100% normal. Hubby and i want to start trying for a baby in about s year and a half when im almost done with nursing school. I just want answers.
