Probiotics for colon health/regularity?

Anyone have an probiotics they recommend for regulating bowl movements and replenishing lost colon electrolytes/enzymes? If anyone has some suggestions please let me know...I struggle with laxative dependency due to an ED and I really really want to get clean and have a regular/healthy digestive system. Thank you💕💕

Electrolytes are seen in your bloods and just drinking plenty of fluids will help this especially water, eaten a banana a day will help with your potassium levels. Prehaps add a little salt to your diet so maintain your sodium but not to much. I'm sure you know the dangerous if laxatives especially bowel perforation so it's great that your trying to cut these down there is nothing wrong with having a gentle laxative once a week to keep you regular.
