Baby cramping?

I'm about a month or so along and I've been having the worst cramps, like even in my back. It feels almost like I'm about to start my period, but I know for sure I'm pregnant. Should I be worried?

Cramping is normal in 10 weeks and I have cramping you should see a doctor if ur cramping and start to bleed that's when u should be worried

The baby needs room. What you are likely feeling is your uterus growing. The back aches may be from hormones needed to relax your muscles. I'm 6 months now and I had quite a few episodes of bad cramping in the beginning.

Maybe implantation? I cannot remember how far along I was but early on I had cramping. I was worried about miscarriage, but doctor assured me it was just implantation. Also had some spotting at that time.
