SOMETHING STRANGE ON MY BREAST

Oka so today I was taking a shower and seen a little dot on my bread and was wondering what it was so I started feeling and observing it till when I squeeze it in the inside it look like I seen pus coming from out or it so when I left it alone I began to go back and observe it again so when I went back and popped it it had pop like a pimple and then there was blood and pus coming from out of it so now this is how it looks can anyone give me an idea what this may b..
