My baby girl is 3 weeks old and I think she's going thru a growth spurt but she's also super fussy!! This is hell!

Yep! 
My midwife warned me to be prepared for them around the 3rd and 6th week. 
I also downloaded the Wonder Weeks app and if lets you know when they are supposed to go through mental developments which can cause fussiness too.

Yes! My LO did this at 2.5 weeks and now at 5.5 weeks. Always for about 24 hours of non stop feeds and light sleep.

My son is 5 weeks and 1 day let me tell u last night / this morning 1130 to 5-6 am... ate almost every hour... fussed allllll night...would doze off here and there and get right back at it.

He's sleeping now.... didn't wake up till 10am

Maybe that's what's happening with my one month old. Sometimes I feel like he never sleeps at night he's just up eating and fussing
