Help I'm lost!!

I need everyone's help I feel helpless I went today to buy a crib and other odd and end things for my baby, however needless to say I only walked with a diaper pail lol. I go on 6/28 to hopefully find out what the gender is so I then can get the car seat and some other gender spefic items but I am completely lost on what to get even though I am a mother of three boys I feel like a new mother since my baby will 11 this year and I don't have many family and friends to help me any advice please on things I will need to have?
