Frustrated about spotting!

I'm 9 weeks tomorrow and I'm so frustrated that I keep spotting! I understand it happens but it's every single time I work out or do any heavy lifting. Most women maintain their normal level of activity throughout pregnancy and I feel like a complete waste of life having to "rest" after I spot and not workout or do anything. I was an avid gym goer before, working out 6-7 days a week. We're moving across country in a month and I lifted a few boxes yesterday... Cramped and spotted. Walked on the elliptical... cramped and spotted. I'm hoping once I'm through the first trimester I can get back to my normal activity. I am so bored and feel like a bum! Just needed to vent a second! 😬😬😬😬😬😬
