Hair won't grow
So, i got my hair cut short last February 2015 and it hasn't seemed to grow at all. I've been using hair oil to try and help the growth but I got no results. I don't use heat on my hair, like ever. I tried taking Biotin pills but that didn't help either.
Any suggestions?
