Is my head playing games?

So.. Me and my boyfriend have been TTC for a few months now. He is currently living away (which is hard enough in it's self!) so we only get chance to see each other on weekends. We only had sex the first day of my ovulation period. I saw him this weekend and he swears my boobs have got bigger and I would agree but they are not at all painful! My CM has been extra wet and creamy. Could this mean this mean I'm in for a chance?? Or is my head playing games on me again! Gahh! I hate this waiting game. Please help!
