Need help

I have been hurting for 3 weeks. It hurts in my pelvic area and it feels like someone has a knife between my ovaries and is turning it. I have taken 2 home test and they came up negative but I'm on cycle day 49 and still no sign of my . Went to er the other night and Dr did piss test and told me negative but I am hurting bad again and my Dr said to go back to er if I get to hurting worse than I have been. It hurts so bad when I move or breath. What do I need to do?
