The heat.
Today was the hottest its been here in San Diego, its not as hot as other places but it has me down and out. Chest hurts, hard to eat and shoot hard to even move. Thank goodness it's cooled down but now i have a massive migraine i just can't kick. :(((
what do y'all ladies do when the migraines strike hard?
