Glucose test 1 hr post meal

Does anyone recently go through glucose 1hr post meal test. Basically in this test, they will ask you to drink some liquid and draw blood after 1hr. As per report standard range is <139mg/dl, but my result is 178mg/dl. My doctor appointment is in this week, but i am little nervous as it seems my results are too high. As per online, i might need to go through one more glucose tolerance level test to find gestational diabeties. We both are too much worried right now and want to see if anybody else also went through same. Any suggestion will be valuable.
