Nub theory?

Has anyone had the gender of their baby accurately guessed by the nub theory at their 12/13 week scan? My ultrasound tech was pretty confident in the theory and although she said it wasn't super clear and not to go and buy pink yet she guessed girl. Is it accurate do you think? We got a video and it was definitely a "girl" nub. We were 13 weeks.
