Ovulation pains?

Ok so I'm 33 weeks today and the last day or so I have been have pains in my Lower back like I'm ovulating.        ( today being its worse )  Also today I had pains in my lower belly. 
Is any one else experiencing this? Like is my body just starting to get ready?

Oh I have period pains as well , like belly till legs from 3-4 days .
I am 31 weeks ... I have terrible back specially upper back and even lower back hurts .
