TTC with endometriosis and pcos

My husband and I have been trying to have a baby since Dec. 2014. We have recently undergone a battery of testing, and even though I have endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome, after his semen analysis we were referred to fertility specialists. He's being a real butt about the whole thing amd won't tell me what exactly his results were because if his test was fine we were just going to start clomid to help along. Has anyone gone through this fertility stuff? I know nothing about it and he doesn't want me to talk to anyone we know, because he thinks it's embarrassing....
