Crusty stuff on nipples? 17 weeks

Hello mommas!!!
Does anyone else have or had this??!!! Idk what this is!
It's crusty darker spots in my nipples... If I slightly squeeze my nipple and rub it the dark crusty spots fall off.
& it feels moist after and I can see white things behind it. I'm thinking that was clogging my nipple pores lol.... Cuz when I rub it off I c and feel something like milk substance. Can anyone of you beautiful 
Mommies shed light on this topic? I kind of feel like I'm exfoliating my nipples when I take the crust off cuz they don't feel so dry and look so dark after lol

I'm pretty sure it's just colostrum that leaks out a tiny bit throughout the day and then dries on your nipples. By squeezing and rubbing it off, your manually expressing a little colostrum, hence the moistness after you peel the flaky stuff off. I try to rub it off every night to toughen up my nipples.... lol 😳 but hey, I did it during my first pregnancy and never had any cracking or tenderness issues when I breasted my daughter, so I'm doing it again. Totally normal. I think the nips open up more and the moisture comes out and fets crusty. I see it as the ducts clearing themselves to get ready for bf the baby.
