Looked like my doc straight up fisted me 😂 but it didn't hurt... Was just an odd feeling.

Depends on the doctor I think... I was hospitalized at 29 weeks for preterm contractions and the hospital doc had to check me and then after I started bleeding... Things were fine and I was released after the bleeding stopped (not talking about spotting) Last week I  had my first internal with my obgyn and it didn't really hurt at all it was just a lot of pressure... I didn't even have spotting after... Good luck mama!

For me at 35 weeks it hurt bad BUT I was high and closed, so that could be why. Also a male resident was the one checking and he may have been a newbie for all I know.

It's not bad at all . . .your ob just sticks their fingers up there and puts pressure to feel around.

It does hurt quite a bit, at least to me anyway. Today I got scolded for clenching up from the pain which I guess pulled my cervix up 😂

It's uncomfortable and hurts some, but you're about to push a much bigger baby out than the size of that hand...

You know when you put a tampon in and you put it too far up or hit a nerve and it kinda hurts? That's what it feels like to me. But yea, more uncomfortable than anything.

It's more uncomfortable than anything. The first time I had one I was like woahhhhh because dr went further than I thought lol.
