How do you deal with 2 under 2?

So today my son and I had just left our neighborhood heading to my moms house when he puked all over himself and my car. Of course he freaks out so I turn back around home to go get him bathed and changed and I just thought, how would I even think handling this with two kids?! How do you moms of more than one handle it? Today was a reality check that my hands will be full.. 😳

I plan to survive by baby wearing. I honestly can't think of any other way I wouldn't die lol

Routine is a lifesaver!! Trying to get into a general routine early is extremely helpful when handling more than one little one. Always carry extra clothes, diapers...I had a second diaper bag in the car with "just in case" items, extra plastic bags and such for blowout diapers or vomit.

I had 2 under two and now I'm pregnant due 9/20 with a girl (two boys now age 2.5 and 13 months). At first the hardest adjustment was nursing because my then 20 month old always wanted my attention but eventually he got into routine of realizing I had to feed his brother and I'd have him help get me stuff if needed so he wasn't left out. Second hardest adjustment was leaving the house lol I'd need to take them seperately into the car which was a pain but it all got easier with time. Once my youngest hit crawling stage it got the easiest because they could play together in a gated off room. Also, if you have help use it so you don't need to take two kids grocery shopping because that isn't possible in my eyes lol I couldn't push a stroller and cart. It gets easier as you start finding what works! I also got them one the same nap schedule and even now they still nap together!!
