No symptoms

My af usually causes me symptoms before she arrives and it's the same every month. This month I have nothing I feel tired and I got a lower pain on my right back side off and on yesterday and now it's gone. We did letrozole days 3-7 and a trigger shot. Af is supposed to arrive the 25th. Do you have to have some symptoms showing that you could be pregnant early on??
