14 weeks and not showing at all.

I'm 14 weeks today according to my diagnosis ultrasound (made at 7 weeks). According to my last period date I'm 15 weeks. There's not even a hint of a baby bump! Everything is fine since I've heard my baby's heartbeat a couple of times already. Is this normal? It's my first pregnancy and I'm a bit worried, everyone is like already showing at this same weeks and I just got wider in the hips but no belly :( The pic is from yesterday, my grandma's birthday :)
