Advice needed

So i just found out I'm pregnant. hpt confirmed that as well as hospital. My hcg only went up from 63 to 74 in three days. This is my 1st pregnancy so i don't know what to expect. I have been bleeding but no clots at all just blood. I also was told i have a cyst on my ovary. So is this possibility of tubal pregnancy, miscarriage or just too early still because they didn't see anything. Im assuming im only about 2 or 3 weeks pregnant. Just need some advice because er told me it doesn't look good. Please peay for me I'm scared.
