Itchy!!

So, after having sex at the weekend, protected, I've been really itchy and sore to touch, making it uncomfortable to touch, walk anything! I'm not 'dirty', As in I Clean😅 but I feel like I'm swollen like id had a reaction to something... I've used sudocrem for the pain which has lowered it a little but not very much.. I have no abnormal discharge or funky smell, but just itchiness.. Any help?!
