27 weeks with twins and pretty bad groin pain

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced groin pain almost at the side of my vagina - literally I move a certain way or take a couple steps and it hurts so much - no cramping/bleeding and I don't feel anything when I lay down or sit still. Any thoughts on what this could be? I'm going to call my ob tomorrow but wanted to ask you ladies as well - thanks everyone.
