Are any fellow preggos taking advocare products?

I just started selling advocare and am taking spark, meal replacements and rehydrate. Just wondering what you are taking?

I was a distributor also, spark actually isn't suggested for pregnant women. They have a lone for pregnant women tho.

Spark once a day if needed, you back supplement even the 24 day challenge without some products and add some. Like the fiber drink you have to use the peach one... You can basically still do the same just modify and less intake. I don't know what I would do without my spark while working nights and 3-5am hits!! An 45 min to hour drive home is for he birds without it!!! I still need my naps because I get so tired with my other two kids but it definitely is a pick me up when I need it!!

I am a distributor but don't actually sell it for profit. It is an amazing product!! I used it in 2014 while working out and lost 45 lbs in 2.5 months with a healthy diet... never gained it back!! :) That was the first time in  my life to not yo-yo. I still need to lose more but I stopped the advocare once pregnant. I will start up again after breastfeeding. The Spark and supplements have herbal ingredients that are studied enough in babies. :)

Be careful with these products. Make sure you get the "ok" from your Dr (if you haven't already...if you did, then disregard my comment lol). My Dr told me any products like advocare and herbalife were a "no go" and for me to avoid them until after I popped (wouldn't take them anyway even if I wasn't pregnant). I sold and took advocare a while back and it gave me really bad kidney problems (problems I never had before taking the products and went away a bit after I stopped taking them). I also stopped selling them.because I didn't want to morally risk someone I sold anything to getting sick as well. I'm sure I'm that percentage of people that has bad side effects  from things though.

My mom has been selling advocare for a while now. She said you should only have one spark a day.

But it never hurts to ask your Doctor to get a professional opinion
